Our mystery shopper travels north to see how engagement and
wedding ring specialist Green+Benz measures up to its competition

With three stores across the north of England, Green+Benz has made a name for itself as a retailer of unique and contemporary wedding and engagement rings.

Company partners Shane Green and Julie Benz have worked together designing and retailing jewellery for over a decade. They say their aim in crafting and selling jewellery is to ensure that every item in their shops is something they’re proud to sell, and they claim that if a customer doesn’t find the perfect design when shopping, they’ll work with him or her personally to either adapt an existing design or create a completely unique one.

Verdict

Overall, I was very impressed with the experience. Not only was the store impeccable – the cases were sparkling with no fingerprints or smudges, the floor was clean to enhance the general presentation – but the service was exceptional and the assistant made me feel very welcome in the store.
